MTV's newest hidden camera game show
Totally Clueless will debut on Monday, October 22 at 7:00pm EST. This
show awards contestants cash if they can figure out that they are being pranked on
the show.
The fear-induced, mind-deceiving game
show Total Blackout returns to SyFy for a second season on October 30 at
10:00pm EST. Fun Fact: It's the channel's highest rated new series of 2012.
GSN's The American Bible Challenge
crowned their first champions, Judson's Legacy, on Thursday's Grand Finale. The
team won a total of $140,000 for their charity, Hunter's Hope.
The ITV daytime game show Tipping
Point will be returning for a second series. Forty episodes have been ordered
for the recommissioned series, which will debut in 2013.
Old news: ITV has ordered eight
45-minute episodes of the Catch Phrase revival series with host. The
top prize of the 2012 revival: £50,000.
Ryan Seacrest is seeking to produce a
new hip-hop game show Rhyme, Rap, or Reason for syndication. The show is based
on the 1970s game show Rhyme or Reason, hosted by Bob Eubanks.
Wheel of Fortune continues to lead the
pack of syndicated game shows and ranks third among all syndicated programs with a
6.4 rating, a two percent increase from last week.
Jeopardy! remains unchanged from the
prior week as their ratings froze at 5.6.
Family Feud, ranked fifth among all
syndicated programs, dipped down to a 4.1 rating compared to last week.
Millionaire's ratings decreased down a
2.1, while NBCUniversal's run of GSN's Baggage gained a 10-percent boost
in ratings up to a 1.1 in the show's third week in syndication.
