"The Pyramid" Debuts To Over 600,000 Viewers

Courtesy GSN
After weeks of teasing television fans with promos and YouTube preview clips of the classic game show revival, GSN’s The Pyramid made its official debut on Monday to the tune of 646,000 total viewers, and 158,000 viewers in the Adults 18-49 demographics. Host Mike Richards was joined by celebrity guests Yvette Nicole Brown and Danny Pudi from the NBC sitcom Community for the premiere episode.

Although the ratings for the first edition of The Pyramid might not have been astronomical like the premiere of The American Bible Challenge, the show still received great ratings considering GSN averages 386,000 viewers. It looks like The Pyramid will be on par with Steve Harvey’s Family Feud and the newly acquired cancelled NBC game show Minute To Win It. If you haven’t seen it yet, the premiere episode (as well as three other episodes) is available on YouTube. I strongly suggest that you check out this Pyramid revival. I guarantee you that watching the revised series will be a nice addition to your weekday routine. Check out The Pyramid every weekday at 6:00pm EST on GSN.
