During Millionaire’s 2012 Halloween Week, a fourth lifeline will be added called “The Crystal Ball”. This lifeline will enable contestants to see the money amount behind any first round question.
Steve Harvey’s syndicated talk show premieres this week in
most areas. The veteran comedian’s new talk show will not be available in the
Richmond area, specifically WRIC, until September 10.
Comcast SportsNet recently premiered a new game show called Gas Money. The show travels to popular Chicago sports venues and gives sports fans a chance to win money by answering trivia questions.
Meredith Vieira will make a cameo appearance at the Minskoff
Theatre in The Lion King in honor of
the production’s 15th year on Broadway. She will appear in the opening number, “Circle
of Life”.
Alan Thicke will be starring as game show host Jack Bailey
in the musical Queen For A Day: The
Musical. The production will debut on September 26 at the Richmond Hill
Centre for the Perfoming Arts.
“When you celebrate a
40th anniversary, you would think you’d have the fellow who did the show for 35
years there,” Barker said during an interview about his absence from TPIR’s milestone episode.
After kicking the season off with a staggering number of viewers,
The American Bible Challenge’s ratings
dipped to 949,000 viewers last week.
GSN’s Beat The Chefs continues
to struggle as their ratings dropped down to 357,000 viewers, a
31 percent decline from last week’s series premiere.
During the upcoming sixth season of Wipeout, the series will be celebrating its 100th episode on air
and Jill Wagner will return to the hit ABC summer game show as the series’
field reporter.
