I can’t think of a better way for a game show to celebrate a
milestone occasion, such as Wheel of Fortune's 30th anniversary in syndication, than to give away a ton of cash; specifically, $1 million in
cash. Autumn Erhard, from Laguna Niguel, CA, became the show's second million-dollar winner on Thursday’s show after she solved
“TOUGH WORKOUT” in the bonus round, a very difficult puzzle to solve
considering she was only given two T's, a G and an R scattered across the puzzleboard to work with. Thirty year-old Erhard is now the
show’s biggest winner, winning a total of $1,030,340 in cash and prizes
including a trip to Arizona and Belize.

It’s been five years since the show has given away the
elusive top prize. In 2008, Michelle Loewenstein, from Los Angeles, CA, was the
first million-dollar winner on Wheel of Fortune. “LEAKY FAUCET” was her winning puzzle;
albeit, she was provided with a little more help than Erhard was given. Relive
the moment in the clip below and congratulations to Autumn Erhard for her
incredible win!
