The network's newest game show, hosted by
Take Me Out's Paddy McGuinness, is searching for contestants to compete on the series.
Benchmark has a panel of ten people from the public, deemed "the benchmarkers", answer a questions that require a numerical answer. Their answers set the benchmark for the contestants to determine whether the actual answer is higher or lower for a chance to win thousands of pounds. The "benchmarkers" are not only playing to assist the contestants, but also to gain the top spot of the leaderboard to play for big money on the following show. Benchmark premieres this Spring and will air weekdays on Channel 4.
