Game Show Highlights of the Week: "The Chase", "Mind Of A Man", "Win, Lose or Draw"

It has been about five months since we have seen a week filled with new episodes of a minimum of three primetime game shows. This week, avid game show fans can look forward to new episodes of The Chase and Mind Of A Man on GSN and a first glimpse of Disney Channel’s newest game show Win, Lose or Draw. With the slew of upcoming shows to tune into this week, there are three questions to be kept in mind: Will “The Beast” fall for the sixth time on the U.S. edition of The Chase, will this week’s double-header of Mind Of A Man improve its viewership ratings from last week and will the Disney Channel have equal or better success in bringing back the classic quick draw game to its network? The air dates for all three shows are listed in the schedule below along with crib notes pertaining to each series. 

NEW! The Chase - Tuesday at 8:00pm on GSN

• Last week’s episode of The Chase was the highest-rated ever on GSN 

NEW! Mind Of A Man - Wednesday at 8:00pm & 8:30pm on GSN 

• Last week, Mind Of A Man drew in 497,000 viewers for the 8:00pm show and 449,000 for the 8:30 show (total average: 407,250; total average for 8pm hour: 473,000)

NEW! Win, Lose or Draw - Friday at 10:10pm on Disney Channel

• This will be Disney’s second attempt to revive Win, Lose or Draw after its original Teen Win, Lose or Draw series lasted from 1989-1992 with host Marc Price
• The 2014 version will be hosted by Justin Willman, previously from The Hub Network’s Scrabble Showdown
• Each episode will feature two teams comprised of a Disney star and two other young contestants
• Olivia Holt (I Didn’t Do It) and Leo Howard (Kickin’ It) will be the two celebrity teammates on the series premiere
• This version will also features new motion-control technology
