VIDEO REPLAY: Sarah Manchester Becomes Third "Wheel of Fortune" Millionaire

In the immortal words of Ron Burgundy, "Boy, that escalated quickly." Three days into the 32nd season and Teacher's Week of the long-running Merv Griffin-produced game show, Sarah Manchester, a middle school math teacher from Silver Springs, MD, made Wheel of Fortune history by becoming the third contestant to win the elusive $1 million top prize in the bonus round by correctly guessing "LOUD LAUGHTER" for her final puzzle of the day. Manchester's grand total was $1,017,490 in cash and prizes including a trip to the Dominican Republic. Manchester is ranked third among the all-time biggest winners on Wheel behind Autumn Erhard ($1.03 million; 2013) and Michelle Loewenstein ($1.026 million; 2008).
