This season of Jeopardy! will end with the Teen Tournament. The tournament will air July 21-August 1 and will conclude with a $75,000 champion, like last year’s unforgettable winner Leonard Cooper.
Syndication Ratings: The previous week marked the first time Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune both tied in household ratings in nine years. Both shows improved to a 6.8.
Overall, Jeopardy! ranked 2nd among all syndicated shows and Wheel ranked 3rd, even though Wheel leads the syndication pack in total viewers with 10.708 million viewers.
In other news, Family Feud led Wheel and Jeopardy! in every major female demographic including Women 25-54 (2.8), Women 18-49 (2.3) and Women 18-34 (1.8).
Family Feud appreciated 6% to a 5.2 while finishing 6th overall with 7.508 million total viewers and Millionaire raised 5% to a 2.2 while remaining at its 24th overall spot with 2.853 million viewers.
